Our school council decided that they wanted to do some work on road safety. As part of this work Year 1 worked with BwD Community Safety Officer and Blackburn Central High School to create measuring poles to see how tall children have to be before they do not need a car seat. Five Year 1 children then represented he school on the Road Safety Parade in Blackburn.
