First  we watched a video about a boy who talked about his life and how people could help him and how he didn't like being treated differently just because he couldn't see well.

The lady showed them how to offer help to someone and they tried to guide their partner around the class whilst they were wearing different types of glasses to represent different levels of visual impairment. Then the person wearing the glasses/ blindfold sat down while people came up to talk to them and they had to see if they could tell who they were. Finally they went outside to try to throw and catch a ball whilst wearing a blindfold or a pair of glasses. Some children realised that if they clapped the person could hear where they were and throw in the right direction,
